Suggestions and Observations

Understand Your Integration Needs Upfront. ADP is notorious for taking forever to provide help on integrations whether you are trying to port in or out of it. Most collaborations have very limited APIs so you are very dependent on the ADP team to make changes - which can take time and be more costly.

Be Careful That ADP WFN May Be More Than You Need. Our company size was small to mid-sized, and the system was much bigger than we needed.

Strong Payroll Solution. Buy ADP for payroll and invest in a different HRIS.

Reference Calls to Vet Support Experience. Utilize your reference calls to have a realistic understanding of ADP support experience.

Invest in an Implementation Project Manager. If your HR team is going to be responsible for managing the implementation in addition to their day to day, a lot will end up on the back-burner.
