Like Most: BambooHR is very easy to use for our employees, plus their commitment to customer service and support, that really makes this product a win for us.
Like Least: I'd like to see more workflow flexibility. We were in another solution prior to Bamboo that had a number of issues, but one of the things I liked was how customizable the workflows were--you could create a workflow for nearly any process, which was nice.

Like Most: It's a pretty easy solution for basic HRIS information to be held. We did not use the full-suite of the offerings as we didn't need them. For a smaller organization for 250 or less employees it works even if you have global employees.
Like Least: The implementation was frustrating due to lack of support we needed as we were migrating information from another system and needed it to also talk to another system and they weren't able to fully help us.

One the Best Values. When you are looking at "Bang for Your Buck", they provide a lot of basic functionality that is perfect for small companies. They care about their customers and are a strong option for organizations with simple requirements.
One - Size Fits All Implementation. The implementation is standard and doesn't allow for much customization or adjustment to the organizations needs. Realize that if you have a lot of unique requirements that the implementation may be frustrating and not work for you.
