Reference Calls to Vet Support Experience. Utilize your reference calls to have a realistic understanding of UKG Pro support experience."

Company Culture. If company culture and improving your culture is important, UKG is the only HR Tech vendor that can help your organization evaluate its culture needs.


Ask Merger Questions. In 2020 UKG was formed in the merger of Kronos and Ultimate Software. Ask questions on how the products are integrated to make sure you can easily report on key performance indicators across their solutions.
