The ability to create custom organizations that automatically update based on rules is critical and saves so much manual work.

"The implementation (Launch Express methodology) was

incredibly rushed and left little time for training us users on the system, little time for auditing our data for accuracy, and little time for diving into configuration to ensure it was set up the way our business needed. We ended having to reconfigure the entire benefits module post go-live because most of it was set up wrong, and implementation support ended quickly after go live."

"User training during implementation should be greatly

improved to ensure admins are more thoroughly prepared to take charge of the system at go live."

"The solution could benefit from enhanced reporting capabilities, especially more customizable dashboards and real-time data analytics, which would provide deeper insights and streamline decision-making."

"The over customization ability leaves you in a fog as to what to do to make it happen. There is a benefit to working with pre created modules that force the company to move forward… rather customization allowed departments to force us back into creating a system on how they wanted to do it rather than best practice because of the promise that “it’s completely customizable”.

"Every functional area requires expensive training . It is difficult to find internal resources who would have configuration knowledge related to all modules so there will be always an expense associated with partner consultants. The system is not able to accommodate some common business scenarios in compensation administration. It is very difficult to change the

supervisory org set up once implemented."

"If considering this solution factor in additional expense

and time needed for system adoption and maintenance. Make sure you have a dedicated implementation consultant and project manager familiar with the system and its modules. Research best practices before deciding on tenant set up because post implementation changes are very difficult and costly in this system."

"Be wary is this is your first HCM implementation."


"For HR tech buyers, I'd recommend ensuring the solution aligns with your specific needs and customization requirements upfront. Also, prepare for a learning curve—invest in training and support early on. I wish I had known to ask for more tailored onboarding to maximize the solution’s potential right from the start."

"The Launch Express Methodology is FAST. Do not use this implementation timeline, especially if you are a 500+ employee company. There is not enough time to efficiently and accurately gather data and test and verify everything, leading to issues down the road that may take months to correct."
